"Save time order online". Yeah I saved so much time arriving and finding out my pizza hasn't even been put in the oven yet. Instead of worrying about having hot and ready pizza made just to sit in a warmer, how about doing your actual orders. No discount or anything for the inconvenience and no seating inside for while you wait.
Open late which is nice and the customer service wasn't bad at all. However, the pizza wasn't at all appetizing. I have had better pizza at different little caesers locations. This may have been that I came in about an hour before closing, but it was not at all good.
They opened early to accommodate for my need to get this pizza to my kiddos school. Thank you, great service and delicious pizza. All 28 kids loved it and voted it their FAVORITE
Went 8/23/23 woman that answered phone had poor customer service. After everything ordered it was a yuuuuup. You could definitely tell she didn't wanna be there. Had issues in the past with toppings we would ask for heavy butter lite Parm received light butter heavy Parm Everytime. So since we're human we just gave them a break and went else where tried them today after months burned pizza photo attached. I do appreciate the mgr Kristen (sorry if I spelled ur name wrong) accommodating me. Why does it seem like majority of the staff here have attitude problems??? (Talk about bad energy!) y'all just need a few new energetic people who aren't lazy and actually care about quality.
I am shocked that Little Caesars has a deep dish style pizza. It is a Hot-N-Ready for $8 with one topping (but I added two toppings each). It was hard to believe that it was Little Caesars because in comparison to their regular Hot-N-Ready for $5, the deep dish was significantly better.
Although their deep dish is better than the regular, it does not mean it is the best. The crust is crunchy, but I think it is too greasy. The toppings could be a little better too. The banana peppers tasted like they were not actually baked with the pizza. It still had a really heavy pickled taste to it as if they placed it on the pizza after it was baked. The mushrooms tasted the same way (minus the pickled flavor)If Little Caesars could get their toppings quality right, their pizza would be better.
Andrew is a great employee, he was super patient with me when I was taking forever to figure out what I wanted to order and when I added things after I said I was done.
Used pizza portal tonight for dinner. Pizza was hot, fresh and loaded with cheese and pepperoni. Crust was soft but held up well, slightly chewy. Absolute perfection tonight. The Crazy bread was still warm after about 15 min, perfectly buttered and dusted with parm cheese. Couldn't possibly be happier with my experience
Remember that beautiful, fluffy, soft Crazy Bread? All covered with butter and cheese, with that spot of melted goodness in the bag that you could mop up with the breadsticks? Yeah, well dream on because you won't find it here! The Crazy Bread was dry on the inside, barely any butter on the outside. And they were hard on the ends. They were dry, dense, and not very good. They need to rise more and the staff needs to stop being so cheap with the cheese and butter sauce. As far as the restaurant, it took 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me while I stood alone at the counter. The kid assembled my order of several breadsticks and red sauce then walked off. Had to yell into the back to get a bag for everything. But, hey, the tip jar is front and center on the counter.
